Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link, and you can follow it anytime on our Track Your Order page. Orders are prepared within one to three business days.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide, and the description tells you how the piece fits our model. If you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. Still not sure? Just write to me below.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. Just email me at info@houseofwilla.com and I'll guide you through it personally.
How does the extra discount work?
Everything is already 60% off. Buy 2 for an extra 10%, buy 3 for an extra 15%, or buy 4 or more for an extra 20%. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
